Ingredients

  • 1 boiled chicken, chopped
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 2 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add chopped boiled chicken to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each crescent roll triangle.
  5. Fold the crescent roll over the filling into a triangle shape.
  6. Pinch the edges to seal completely.
  7. Dip each sealed triangle into melted butter, then coat with bread crumbs.
  8. Place on a well-greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
