Chuck Casserole
A hearty casserole combining tender ground chuck, noodles, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and savory sauces, topped with cheese and crispy Chinese noodles for a flavorful family meal.

- Cook and drain the noodles.
- Brown the ground chuck and onions in a skillet.
- Combine the mushrooms, cream of chicken soup, milk, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Add the mushroom mixture to the browned meat and onions, then add the sliced water chestnuts and mix well.
- Butter a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Spread the cooked noodles in the casserole dish and pour the meat mixture over the noodles.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350°F until the cheese bubbles, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with Chinese noodles.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
