Chicken bracciole features tender chicken breasts rolled with flavorful cheeses and herbs, then baked to perfection. A comforting dish perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Romano cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Romano cheese, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the mixture over each chicken breast.
  3. Place a slice of Provolone cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll up the chicken breasts and tie with string to secure.
  5. Place in a shallow pan and simmer in tomato sauce or top with butter and bake.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
