Ingredients

  • 4 oz dried beef
  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Wrap bacon around chicken breasts and brown in butter.
  2. Place dried beef, cut into pieces, in a greased pan.
  3. Put the browned chicken with bacon on top of the dried beef.
  4. Blend the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together.
  5. Add canned mushrooms with their liquid to the soup mixture.
  6. Pour the mushroom mixture over the chicken and dried beef.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 270°F for 3 hours.
