  1. Debone and remove skin from chicken breasts.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Place 4 seasoned chicken breasts on the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add an appropriate amount of oil over the chicken breasts.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts.
  7. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package instructions.
  8. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the chicken in the pan.
  9. Place the remaining chicken breasts on top of the stuffing.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked through.
