Juicy chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, layered with beef, and topped with creamy mushroom sauce, creating a rich, savory dish perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, boned and split
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 small package Buddig beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cut the Buddig beef into small pieces and spread them on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Roll each chicken breast, tucking in any loose pieces to make a smooth shape, then wrap tightly with a bacon slice.
  3. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on top of the beef layer in the pan.
  4. Mix together the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup until well blended, then spoon the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 2 hours until cooked through and bubbly.
