Ingredients

  • 16 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Separate chicken wings and remove and discard tips.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine oil and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the wings to the bowl and turn until well coated.
  5. Place wings on a broiler pan and broil about 8 inches from heat, turning occasionally for about 20 minutes.
