Chicken Breast Stroganoff

Instructions
- Brown chicken in butter.
- Slice in 1-inch strips.
- Remove from pan.
- In frypan, add parsley, chives, dill weed, salt and pepper. When heated through, add mushrooms and liquid and chicken broth. Let this come to a boil.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream and flour.
- Stir in chicken broth and cook until thickened.
- Add chicken strips.
- (Broccoli pieces can also be added.)
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve with cooked egg noodles or potatoes.
- Yield: 2 servings.
