Ingredients

  • 6 deboned chicken breasts
  • Bacon strips
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 oz dried beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Line a long baking dish with dried beef slices.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with strips of bacon and place them on the beef layer.
  3. In a bowl, mix the canned mushroom soup with sour cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake uncovered at 275°F for 2 to 3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, ideally over cooked rice.
