Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli spears or fresh broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked, cubed turkey or chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 to 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • white rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Arrange broccoli in a single layer in a shallow 9‑inch square baking dish.
  2. Top with cooked, cubed turkey or chicken, spreading evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the can of cream of chicken soup and 1/3 cup of milk.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the meat and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle 1 to 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in a 450°F oven until the cheese is melted and slightly browned, about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve the baked mixture over hot cooked white rice.
