Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped (half green, half red)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 3 to 4 green onions with stalks, chopped
  • 3 packages Ramen chicken noodles, broken and uncooked

Instructions

  1. Cook and chop the chicken breasts into small pieces.
  2. Chop the head of cabbage, using half green and half red cabbage.
  3. Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, cabbage, slivered almonds, sesame seeds (if using), chopped green onions, and broken ramen noodles.
  5. Toss everything together to combine thoroughly and serve.
