Chicken Cantaloupe Ring
A fresh and elegant salad featuring tender chicken, sweet grapes, and crunchy almonds served inside sweet cantaloupe slices, perfect for light lunches or summer gatherings.

Instructions
- Toss the cooked chicken, chopped celery, halved grapes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Stir in mayonnaise until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Cut the cantaloupe into slices across the whole fruit.
- Remove the seeds and peel from each cantaloupe slice.
- Place each cantaloupe slice on a lettuce leaf on a salad plate.
- Fill the hollow center of each cantaloupe slice with the chilled chicken salad.
- Garnish with salted toasted almonds before serving.
