Chicken Cheddar Bake

Instructions
- Boil the chicken breasts until cooked, then break into pieces.
- Boil the rice, drain, and place into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Heat the cheese soup and add water until smooth.
- Place the cooked chicken on top of the rice in the pan.
- Pour the cheese soup over the chicken and rice.
- Break or crush the cheese crackers and spread over the top of the cheese soup.
- Bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes or until the crackers are browned.
- Serve and enjoy.
