Chicken Cheddar Bake

Creamy, cheesy chicken and rice casserole with crunchy cracker topping, perfect for a comforting family meal with rich flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 box cheese crackers

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breasts until cooked, then break into pieces.
  2. Boil the rice, drain, and place into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Heat the cheese soup and add water until smooth.
  4. Place the cooked chicken on top of the rice in the pan.
  5. Pour the cheese soup over the chicken and rice.
  6. Break or crush the cheese crackers and spread over the top of the cheese soup.
  7. Bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes or until the crackers are browned.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
