- Boil the chicken for 1 hour, adding onion flakes, celery flakes, and salt to the water.
- Remove the chicken from the water and bone it.
- Lay the cooked chicken in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Mix both cans of cream of chicken and mushroom soups with the can of milk, then pour over the chicken.
- Melt 1 stick of butter with 1 cup of stock from the boiled chicken.
- Sprinkle herb stuffing mix evenly on top of the chicken.
- Pour the melted butter and stock mixture over the stuffing.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
