Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, boiled, skinned and deboned
  • 4 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 containers small onion dip
  • 2 cans chopped green chiles
  • 1 bag cheese Doritos
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
  2. Shred the boiled, skinned, and deboned chicken.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soups, diced onion, onion dip, chopped green chiles, and shredded chicken.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Crush the cheese Doritos and layer half of them in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos layer.
  7. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  8. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
