Tender chicken breasts coated with Dijon mustard, Parmesan, and cracker crumbs, baked to perfection. A flavorful, crispy dish perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • garlic salt to taste
  • cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast on a cookie sheet.
  3. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic salt, cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Brush or spread the mixture over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve with wild rice with added cooked wild rice and slivered almonds.
