Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1 cup white or green seedless grapes
  • 10 oz. jar orange marmalade
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • 1/4 teaspoon mace
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Put the mixture in an oblong casserole.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
