Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. pancake mix

Instructions

  1. Let chicken soak in milk for 1 hour.
  2. Drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll chicken strips in pancake mix until well coated.
  4. Fry in deep fat until done and floats, about 5 to 7 minutes.
