Ingredients

  • 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts in cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, pepper, salt, and granulated garlic.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs.
  4. Fry the coated chicken in 1/4 inch of oil until lightly browned on both sides.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine chicken broth, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  6. Cook the sauce until it slightly thickens.
  7. Drizzle the lemon sauce over the cooked chicken breasts and serve.
