Ingredients

  • undercooked rice
  • chicken breasts
  • Lipton onion soup mix
  • margarine
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. On aluminum foil, layer slightly the soup and rice.
  2. Put chicken breast on top.
  3. Cover with onion soup mix, a dab of margarine and lemon juice.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
