- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out and separate the crescent rolls into individual triangles.
- Place a chicken breast on the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
- Cover the chicken with another crescent roll triangle, sealing the edges by crimping.
- Brush the tops of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
