Chicken Korma

Instructions
- In a large kettle, saute onion and garlic in oil and butter. Add ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and salt.
- Stir 1 minute.
- Add chicken and brown.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Then cover and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add raisins and lemon juice.
- Cook for 10 more minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
