Ingredients

  • 1 qt. canned green beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) canister Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip or sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
  2. In a well-greased large baking dish, cover the bottom with drained green beans.
  3. Layer the prepared stuffing mix over the green beans.
  4. Place boneless chicken breasts on top of the stuffing layer.
  5. Mix together cream of celery soup, Miracle Whip (or sour cream), and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
