Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 6 bone-in chicken breast halves
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • kale and spiced apple rings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a measuring cup, combine salad dressing and soy sauce.
  2. Pour 3/4 cup of the mixture into a large, resealable plastic bag.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bag.
  4. Seal the bag and turn to coat the chicken with the marinade.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning several times.
  6. Refrigerate the remaining marinade for basting during cooking.
