Ingredients

  • 7 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 3 tablespoons poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Pour the cream of chicken soup mixed with sour cream over the chicken breasts.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers and poppy seed over the chicken mixture.
  3. Melt the butter and pour it evenly over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and golden.
  5. Serve with broccoli and rice.
