Chicken Marrakesh
Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced ⓘ
- 2 garlic cloves, minced ⓘ
- 2 large carrots, diced ⓘ
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced ⓘ
- 15 ounces garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed ⓘ
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pieces ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ⓘ
- 14 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes ⓘ
Instructions
- combine first 6 ingredients into slow cooker.
- mix spices and sprinkle over the food, add tomatoes.
- cover and cook on high 4 hours.
