Ingredients

  • raw chicken or parts
  • 1 1/2 cups raw rice
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms and juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup melted butter
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix all the soups and mushrooms together.
  2. Pour the rice and soup mixture into a greased 3-inch baking dish.
  3. Press raw chicken or chicken parts into the rice mixture.
  4. Pour melted butter over the top and dust with paprika.
  5. Bake at 275°F for 2 1/2 hours.
