  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Milk (for diluting soup)
  • 1 medium onion
  • several pats of butter
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes and onion.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Add several pats of butter on top of the potatoes and onions.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
  5. Pour the can of cream of chicken soup diluted with milk over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Add more pats of butter on top of the dish.
  7. Sprinkle paprika over the dish for color.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
