Instructions
- Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes in butter (remove with slotted spoon).
- Take flour, pepper and nutmeg and combine.
- Coat chicken, then brown chicken in leftover butter.
- Stir in cream, wine and mushrooms.
- Heat to boiling, then simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice pilaf.
