A hearty baked dish combining tender chicken or turkey with creamy mushroom soup and seasoned stuffing, perfect for a comforting family meal or holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add melted oleo to the stuffing mix and water if needed.
  2. Dilute the cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of milk.
  3. Combine cooked chicken with the diluted mushroom soup.
  4. Spread the chicken and soup mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with the prepared stuffing mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
