Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Debone chicken and place in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
  3. Cut margarine into small pieces and distribute over the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix milk and Bisquick until smooth.
  5. Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly over the top of the dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until golden and bubbly.
