Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons melted oleo
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 package crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of oleo until smooth.
  2. Add chopped cooked chicken, chives, chopped onion, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles.
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle.
  5. Pull the corners of the dough over the filling and twist or seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops of the pastries with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oleo.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
