Chicken Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cut into small pcs ⓘ
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped ⓘ
- 1 onion, sliced ⓘ
- 3-4 Tbsp. of butter (vegetable oil can also be used as substitute) ⓘ
- 1 can crushed pineapple (chunks can also be used) ⓘ
- 1/2" slice fresh ginger, chopped or possibly grated ⓘ
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk ⓘ
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (or possibly according to taste) ⓘ
Instructions
- Wash chicken.
- Place in a bowl.
- Combine crushed pineapple, ginger and soy sauce.
- Allow to marinate for 1 hour.
