Chicken Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, cut into small pcs
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3-4 Tbsp. of butter (vegetable oil can also be used as substitute)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (chunks can also be used)
  • 1/2" slice fresh ginger, chopped or possibly grated
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce (or possibly according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken.
  2. Place in a bowl.
  3. Combine crushed pineapple, ginger and soy sauce.
  4. Allow to marinate for 1 hour.
  5. In a pan heat the butter (or possibly oil) and saut
