Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 medium potatoes
  • celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small jar olives
  • 1 chicken
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Skin the chicken before cooking.
  2. Boil the chicken until cooked, then let it cool.
  3. Debone the chicken and cut into pieces.
  4. Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool.
  5. Chop the celery, small onion, and olives.
  6. Add the cooled chicken, potatoes, celery, onion, and olives into a large bowl.
  7. Mix in mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
