Ingredients

  • 16 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 to 1 onion
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in margarine until translucent.
  2. Melt Ro-Tel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese together in a saucepan.
  3. Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine cooked spaghetti, ground beef, melted cheese mixture, and chicken in a large bowl.
  5. Mix well and serve.
