A hearty, easy-to-make casserole combining chicken, creamy soups, and crunchy chow mein noodles, perfect for a quick family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 (tuna size) can chunk chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup
  • 1 small can chow mein noodles
  • 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small jar pimentos (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except some chow mein noodles, saving a portion to sprinkle on top.
  2. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining chow mein noodles.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
