Instructions
- Dredge both sides of skinless chicken breasts in flour.
- Saute/fry chicken on both sides in clarified butter.
- Add in mushrooms, shallots, thyme, bay leaf and artichoke hearts, quartered.
- Add in chicken stock and cook down.
- Add in white wine and whipping cream.
- Add in nutmeg.
- Place on bed of rice.
