Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. drained mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 tsp. anise seed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine bite-sized pieces of greens with chicken, oranges, celery, olives, almonds, and anise seed (optional) in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with prepared salad dressing to taste.
