Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 green scallions, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper as desired
  • 4 ounces water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Heart Beat mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
