Ingredients

  • 3 c. crumbled cornbread
  • 2 c. fat-free chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Turn into a nonstick baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until light brown and set.
