Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sherry

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts by boiling them for about 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the cooked chicken and lay the breasts side by side in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together.
  4. Add sherry to the sour cream and soup mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture over the chicken in the casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
