Ingredients

  • 1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
  • 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Spread Rice-A-Roni in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Place chicken on rice.
  3. Put vegetables on chicken.
  4. Heat soup, milk, and margarine until margarine is melted.
  5. Pour soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil.
  8. Sprinkle cornflakes over the top of the dish and put back in the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
