- Spread Rice-A-Roni in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place chicken on rice.
- Put vegetables on chicken.
- Heat soup, milk, and margarine until margarine is melted.
- Pour soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil.
- Sprinkle cornflakes over the top of the dish and put back in the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
