- In a saucepan, mix the syrup, catsup, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil; cook over medium heat about 6 minutes.
- Cut wings in halves at joint.
- Place skin side down on foil-lined jelly roll pan.
- Pour sauce over chicken, coating evenly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Turn chicken skin side up.
- Bake at 400° for 45 to 60 minutes, spooning sauce occasionally.
- Serve hot with remaining sauce or serve cold.
- Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
