Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 cube margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Melt the margarine and drizzle it over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly.
