Instructions
- Cut tips from chicken wings and discard.
- Coat wings with a mixture of flour and salt.
- Brown the coated wings in fat in a large frypan; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, garlic salt, basil, parsley flakes, and whole clove to the pan.
- Stir in tomato juice, lemon juice, and red wine.
- Heat to boiling.
- Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and cook a few minutes longer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with cooked spaghetti.
