Chicken With Black Beans

Instructions
- Rinse black beans; mash and mix with garlic.
- Heat oil.
- Add bean mixture and saute for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and saute.
- Add salt and onion.
- Cover and cook until almost done.
- Add green peppers, cornstarch and oyster sauce.
- Cover and simmer until done.
