- Spread the diced Ortega chiles in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread grated Cheddar cheese over the chiles.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and Bisquick until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the chiles and cheese in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares.
- Serve warm.
