Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles, chopped
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 tablespoons whipping cream
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the chopped green chiles in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Cover the chiles with grated Cheddar cheese.
  3. Combine the eggs, whipping cream, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and chiles in the pan.
  5. Bake until set and golden, approximately 30 minutes.
