Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can Ro-Tel (hot) tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can whole chiles
  • 2 cans spicy chili beans
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 or 2 packages hot chili seasoning
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (6 oz.) can water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion together in a large pot.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients: Ro-Tel tomatoes, whole chiles, chili beans, kidney beans, chili seasoning, tomato soup, tomato paste, and water.
  3. Simmer the mixture for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
