Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • jalapenos
  • 1 onion, cut in 4 pieces
  • tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes; boil for 20 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool the mixture.
  4. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
  5. Return the blended mixture to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  6. Serve hot over your favorite dishes.
